I will be teaching a one week illustration workshop to design students at Technischen Hochschule Nürnberg (Nuremberg Tech University), by invitation of Faculty of Design and professor and illustrator (and fellow SVA MFA Illustration alum) Sybille Schenker.

Three person art project MUT BILDER Die Kunst das Leben sportlich zu meistern, curated by Flying Heart United and supported by MHP – A Porsche Company will open on May 18 at the SV SparkassenVersicherung in Stuttgart, Germany.

Thomas Fuchs, Thilo Rothacker and myself had spent a week with handball team SG BBM Bietigheim last year to come up with illustrations and sketches to present in this exhibit.

I will be coming to Dusseldorf, Germany to speak at Beyond Tellerrand conferene. As a part of the event, I will be teaching one day illustration workshop the day before the event starts.
It will be one full day of fun “drawing boot camp”. We will draw a lot, and we will probably laugh a lot too.

I have participated in this group show about homeland security and what we sacrifice in return. Artists from around the world were invited to create site specific installations.

My contribution is a poster design to be seen around Berlin. Six graphic designers and illustrators were invited for this part of the exhibition.
